Azeez’s professional career began in 2011 when he signed with UD Almería B, the reserve team of UD Almería. He impressed with his performances for the reserves and was promoted to the first team in 2013.
Azeez made his La Liga debut for Almería in 2013 and quickly established himself as a key player in the team. He went on to make over 70 appearances for Almería in La Liga and Segunda División.
In 2017, Azeez joined CD Lugo on a two-year contract. He made over 40 appearances for Lugo and helped the team reach the Segunda División play-offs in 2019.
Azeez then moved to Granada CF in 2019. He made over 40 appearances for Granada and helped the team win promotion to La Liga in 2020.
In 2021, Azeez joined FC Cartagena on a loan deal. He made over 15 appearances for Cartagena in Segunda División.
