Seyi gained popularity in 2021 with his single “Godsent”, and later released his debut studio album, No Seyi No Vibez (NSNV). He released his second studio album, Billion Dollar Baby, in 2022, which peaked at number 1 on the Turntable 50 albums chart.
In January 2023, he released his debut extended play, “Memory Card”, with a guest feature from American rapper YXNG K.A. In September 2023, he won the Best Street-Hop Artiste award at the 16th Headies Award for his song “Chance (Na Ham)”.
